Cut off – None , just help each other out but if there was a cut off it would probably be around 9-10hrs – This is NOT a race!

Aid Stations – None – This is NOT a race!

Checkpoints – None – This is NOT a race!

Recommended Kit – 1 litre water , waterproof jacket , gloves , beanie , head torch , energy gel and chocolate , mini first aid kit(compeed!)

This is NOT a race , this route is a TRAINING run for all lovers of trail running who want to explore newer lesser known trails around the Chamonix valley. We just want everyone to enjoy and have a great fun little run with us.

You may run it fast , you may run it slow. There will be no prizes because this is NOT a race however we can all enjoy laughs and beers after the run
